Summary of the story

Kchhrorng Cham Cheat is a cinese drama movie directed by Zhao Weiping. It is based on the novel of the same name by Shi Nai’an. The movie stars Zhang Ziyi, Zhao Benshan, and Fan Bingbing. The story follows the life of a woman named Gongsun Ling (Zhang Ziyi) who is married to a corrupt official named Li Zicheng (Zhao Benshan). Gongsun Ling is a powerful woman who has the ability to read people’s thoughts. Li Zicheng is always trying to take advantage of her and she is constantly fighting against him. One day, Gongsun Ling discovers that Li Zicheng is planning to overthrow the government. She decides to help him and goes into hiding.
