Summary of the story
In a time of incredible starvation and chaos after the World War II, there's an increment in thefts and plundering, where police requirement is pointless against the outlaws. Both the desperados and the police turn to enchantment for self-protection. Two brothers are isolated as children and tossed into two distinctive universes – the dull, undesirable world of the outlaws and the other beneath the wing of the lawman, as it were to be rejoined a long time afterward as adversaries, where circumstances constrain them to battle each other, but for the same cause - to right the off-base and vindicate the passing of their father. Krathing, a vigilante in an officer's uniform, is the equal of Mai, a holy person in outlaw clothing who takes from the wealthy and gives to the destitute. They battle not as it were for their obligation, but moreover for the heart of Kamlai, the lady they both want. As it were one can be triumphant.
